Cadets from the Woodbridge Senior High School Army JROTC participated in Wreaths Across America on 14 December 2024 at the Quantico National Cemetery, VA. With wreaths in hand, Cadets, stepped to the side of the graves and placed the wreath down, making sure to not cover the names of the fallen soldiers. After that, cadets saluted the fallen soldiers to show their respect. Wreaths Across America is a national event which is focused on honoring fallen men and women who fought for our country. Wreaths Across America teaches cadets and students about sacrifice, and the value of freedom. The WSHS Viking Battalion does this each year, and looks forward to doing this rewarding service project again next year.
