Parent Night Drill is a new tradition within the Waimea High School Army JROTC program. This night is an opportunity to demonstrate the Cadets’ transformation to parents, in the form of unit stationary drill, during the first quarter of the school year. The Cadets showcased unit cohesion in a battalion formation of companies and their competency in fundamental drill and ceremony. The Cadets “sounded off” with the JROTC Cadet Creed and company chants, exhibited leadership, self-discipline, and precision execution skills honed during the first quarter. The event was very well attended and was a huge success, which we look forward to next year.
