NAACP Military Appreciation Night: 75th Anniversary of the Integration of the Armed Services
September 25, 2023, University High School JROTC Joint Color Guard presents the National Colors at the Military Appreciation Night sponsored by the NAACP. 2023 marks the seventy-fifth anniversary of two military milestones: women being allowed to serve their country in the military and the integration of the military. In observance of these milestones, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) held the Military Appreciation Night at Waco Central Library, Waco, TX.
