LTC (R) Robert F. Barrow, Director of Army Instruction (DAI) for Mobile County Public Schools, has been selected as the Mobile Bay Area Veteran of the Year!

LTC Barrow shares: “I can’t accept this without acknowledging that it is only through teamwork that we have such a successful JROTC program here in Mobile. I am humbled and honored by this recognition…proud to be a part of this great JROTC Family!”
