On 7 March 2024, the SROTC Ranger Team Cadets from Rutgers University visited the Cadets from the JROTC Raider Team from Toms River High School North, to provide training on how to make and cross a one-rope bridge in preparation for the upcoming 2nd BDE Raider Challenge Competition. Furthermore, the Rutgers University SROTC Cadets provided the JROTC Cadets with a discussion on the opportunities the SROTC programs provide, scholarship opportunities, the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) program, and the benefits of pursuing secondary education.
