Roosevelt JROTC named Grand Champions at Angelo State University

Congratulations to the Roosevelt High School Army JROTC Drill Teams, the Riderettes, and the San Juan Guard competed at Angelo State University and won the Grand Championship Award for their combined efforts in their respective divisions. The Riderettes finished 2nd place in Regulation Drill and 1st in Exhibition Drill resulting in a 1st place Overall finish in the Unarmed Division. The San Juan Guard took 1st place in Regulation Drill and 1st place in Exhibition Drill capturing 1st place overall in the Armed Division as well. Both teams’ combined Color Guard drill sequence scores captured 1st place overall as well in the Color Guard competition.
