ST PAULS, NC — St Pauls High School Army JROTC Color Guard presents the Colors at the 171st Engineer Company deactivation ceremony. The 171st was a part of the North Carolina National Guard.
“Our relationship with the 171 dates back over 30 years,” said Major Hill, Senior Army Instructor (SAI). “They have always been supportive, and we appreciate all they do for our state and country.” said Hill.
