The Springfield Southeast High School JROTC “Spartans Battalion” participated in a Physical Training Day with the Illinois Army National Guard Recruiters. The Recruiters instructed the cadets on the exercises of the Army Combat Fitness Test. The Cadets had an amazing time performing the exercises and the Recruiters did an outstanding job teaching the Cadets how to properly execute each event.
