Congratulations to Sergeant First Class (Ret) Phillip L. Lee, Army JROTC Instructor at Mary G. Montgomery High School here in Mobile County Public School District. He was named “Teacher of the Year” yesterday in a small ceremony on campus. Sergeant Lee has been with the district for over 10 years and is revered by his cadets, respected by his fellow faculty members, and highly regarded by JROTC colleagues. I truly value and appreciate Sergeant Lee’s candor, hard work, and enthusiasm with every task given. He is truly one of a kind and I am proud to have him on our team! Hoooaaaahhhhh!
