The 2022-2023 Ravens Battalion Staff selected College and Career Readiness as the Battalion Continuous Improvement Plan (BCIP) focus area. You can read more about this project in our previous post, featuring Aisha Veliz.
c/Captain Janiiya Williams, pictured with her 5th Year Plan, shares the following about her success in the Ravens Battalion:
“By following the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools JROTC Cadet Personal Development Plan, I was able to enhance my oral communication skills, participate in numerous service learning projects, attend the Hugh Shelton Leadership program, and elected President of RRHS National Honor Society. Over the course of four years, I saw myself bloom as a member of the Raven Battalion. My plans are to attend UNC Charlotte majoring in Biology with a long term goal in becoming a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry.”
