On November 9, 2024, the JROTC Puma Battalion proudly marched through Uptown Charlotte in the annual Veterans Day Parade, showcasing their respect and admiration for veterans. Led by each unit’s Color Guard and Staff, the cadets displayed impeccable discipline and unity, symbolizing the values of duty and honor instilled by the JROTC program. The vibrant parade featured diverse participants, including high school bands, scout troops, and military units, creating a lively and patriotic atmosphere. As the cadets proceeded along the parade route, they received enthusiastic cheers from the gathered crowd, highlighting the importance of leadership and teamwork in their training. This event honored the sacrifices of veterans and provided the young cadets with an invaluable experience of service and reflection.
