Olympic High School Army JROTC Wins First Place Overall At The 2024, 4th BDE JROTC Raiders Best of the Best Competition at Pocahontas State Park.

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Olympic High School JROTC Raider Team won first place overall in the 4th BDE JROTC Raiders Best of the Best Competition on April 20, 2024, at Pocahontas State Park in Chesterfield, VA. The 4th BDE JROTC Raiders Best of the Best Competition aims to facilitate a world-class event for selected 4th BDE JROTC Raider teams.

The Raider Team has spent several months practicing and preparing for this event. Events include the 5K team run, litter carry, the rope bridge, the fireman’s carry relay, and the team physical fitness challenge. The Olympic High School Army JROTC Raider team took first place in four of five events and second in the other. This monumental victory will provide an extra boost for the team in future competitions. The next event will be the 2024 JROTC Raider National Competition in October 2024. Congratulations Trojans!!!
