JROTC Cadets from Meadowdale Career Tech Center and Belmont High School visited Wright Patterson Air Force Base, 445th Airlift Wing on 20 October 2022.

The C17-Globemaster

Cadets began the visit learning about one of the largest aircraft in the military, the Globemaster. While on board, students learned about military career opportunities from various members of the flight crew specialized in aviation, logistics and medical support.

Hands-on experience

Following lunch sponsored by USAF Recruiting, cadets were introduced to military grade weapon systems and protective gear from Air Force Security Forces.

Fall has marked the time Meadowdale AJROTC makes this annual trip to the 445th AW for several years now. It is always a great experience, especially for our first-year cadets. This is always a wonderful experience for our cadets. Glad Belmont NAVY JROTC could join us this year.

HOOAH!!!
