Sinclair Community College Conference Center hosted the annual Military Ball on March 22, attracting cadets, families, and distinguished guests to celebrate tradition, camaraderie, and celebration. The event was a testament to the pride, professionalism, and spirit of the JROTC program.

Eric Walker, a former Army JROTC cadet and District Board Member, shared his inspiring journey, encouraging cadets to seize opportunities in JROTC, emphasizing leaderships, discipline, and service, which will shape their futures both in and out of uniform.

The well-attended event featured several cherished military traditions, including the solemn POW/MIA table, honoring those who could not be present, the grog bowl ceremony, and traditional toasts, which recognized our chain of command and the bonds between cadets and mentors.

Beyond the formalities, the evening served as both a celebration of achievements and a powerful reminder of the legacy and potential within every cadet. With leaders like Mr. Walker paving the way and continued support from the community, the future of the JROTC program shines bright.

A special thank you to the dedicated teachers and staff who generously sponsored cadets: Mr. Brookshire, Mr. Cox, Mr. Phillips, Mr. Zupancic, Ms. Bryant, Ms. Carpenter, Ms. Cromwell, Ms. Cummings, Ms. Flatt, Ms. Jones, Ms. Lewis, Ms. Machal, Ms. Smith, Ms. Marshall, and Mr. Phillips. Your support and commitment to our cadets are deeply appreciated. Thank you for making this night a success!
