Magna Vista High School Army JROTC North Carolina A&T Field Trip
On October 24th, 2023, the Magna Vista High School JROTC “Warrior” Battalion from 4th Brigade visited the campus of North Carolina A&T in Greensboro, NC with twenty-seven (27) Cadets. The “Warrior” battalion toured the campus with two A&T ambassadors, learning what all the college offers for those considering attending after their senior year of high school. While touring, they got to learn some local history about the campus. Pictured below is a photo of the Cadets with the “A&T Four” statue, representing four A&T students who started one of the first “Sit-Ins” in the 1960s. The “Warrior” Battalion had the pleasure of visiting their ROTC department by getting to sit down in their classroom and hearing from two ROTC students, as well as their Instructor.
