On November 9th, 2024, the Wagner Thunderbird Battalion participated on Saturday the 9th of November on a Cadet Ride to Prairie View A&M University ROTC Department. The Cadets were briefed on the ROTC Scholarships, campus life and life testimonies on the benefits of ROTC. The cadets also used the M4 Range simulator and prepared soldiering food Meals Ready to Eat (MRE’s). The cadets enjoyed the briefing, campus tour, and football game. At the football game, the JROTC Thunderbird cadets participated in the presentations of the colors by carrying the large US Flag. The selected group of cadets enjoyed the experience. Thanks to all the instructors from Wagner JROTC department.
