On October 18, 2023, Joliet West High School hosted their annual trunk or treat. Clubs/activities get together with a car (decorating and dressing up if they wish) to pass out candy. This event is open to all in the community. The Army JROTC did a Transformers theme. They got a Transformers trunk or treat kit for their car and wore OCPs. They had a pumpkin toss game. There are five buckets, each with prizes in the buckets. Players had three attempts to get into one of the buckets and got a prize from that bucket. If they didn’t win, or just didn’t want to play, they got candy from the bowl instead.
