On March 2, 2023, members of the Harry P. Harding University High School JROTC ‘Ram Battalion’ celebrated the National Dr. Seuss Celebration by participating in the “Read Across America Day” at area elementary schools. The cadets read from some of Dr. Seuss’ most famous books like, “The Cat in the Hat”; “Fox in Socks”; and Green Eggs and Ham”. The cadet’s participation in “Read Across America Day” is linked to the Ram Battalion service-learning initiative of helping to improve district literacy skills.
