On January 26, 2024, The Garinger High School JROTC Wildcat Battalion from participated in the annual Charlotte Mecklenburg School’s District JROTC Military Ball at the Oasis Shriners Club. Cadets from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine JROTC programs were all present for the formal event. The evening began with the presentation of the Colors followed by a Grand March recognizing each school’s Cadet Command Team and elected Military Ball Queen. Upon Completion of the Grand March, All Cadets and their Instructors gave honors and respect to all Military branches, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, and the President of the United States.

After the ceremony was over, the Cadets were allowed to enjoy themselves by eating some good food, having fun on the dance floor, and socializing with other Cadets.
