On September 04, 2023, in Wilmington CA. the Garfield High School Army JROTC Mighty Bulldawg kicked off the 44th annual Labor Day Solidarity Parade. The parade itself is the largest gathering on this side of the Mississippi. There were about 6,000 people in attendance and over 3,000 hot dogs served.

We are honored each year to participate in such a meaningful parade celebrating workers and Unions. The Labor Day parade was not just all about unions but other organizations were represented, to honor workers and their families along with high school bands, car clubs, and local and state government officials.
