FRANKLIN, TN — Franklin High School JROTC recently held its 38th annual Military Ball with distinguished guest speaker CSM Roy Young, the Cadet Command Sergeant Major.
His inspiring words on perseverance and commitment were truly appreciated, and we were honored to learn from such a seasoned military professional. CSM Young delivered an informative and engaging presentation, from which both our students and staff gained valuable insights. His emphasis on the importance of JROTC in developing fundamental life skills such as leadership, discipline, and teamwork was well received.
We were particularly moved and motivated by CSM Young’s stories of how JROTC has aided students in the past.
We extend our gratitude to Mr. Maurice Bennett, the 7th Brigade Chief, and Mr. Johnny Gavin for their continued support and commitment to JROTC’s overall mission. Without their assistance, we would not have been able to host such a first-class event. Thank you!
