Each year, the Fort Hamilton Tiger Battalion eagerly volunteers for the T2T run, a heartfelt event that pays tribute to our fallen service members. Cadets gather towards the end of the race, proudly holding banners showcasing the names and photos of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As the runners cross the finish line, they have a moment to pause, reflect, and honor these brave individuals; it’s a powerful and poignant experience for all involved. This year, Cadets Joanna and Kayla Collado-Amasendi promoted the event, demonstrating how to carry the banners with unwavering pride, honor, and respect. Their participation not only upholds this cherished tradition but inspires others to join in honoring our heroes. Together, we keep their memory alive and celebrate their incredible contributions to our country.
