On Friday, 23 Sep 2022, the Davenport High School JROTC program participated in the Annual Comal County Fair Parade in New Braunfels, Texas. The Comal County Fair is the largest County Fair in Central Texas. Thousands of local residents lined the parade route to see the Cadets and other groups as they marched along the route. The Cadets of the Wolf Battalion received countless accolades for their discipline, professionalism, & precision. LTC Almond and 1SG Carbon proudly led the Battalion, closely monitoring for safety, heat exhaustion, and accountability. The Wolves made it without incident and are already looking forward to future support of this great community.
