Columbia High School “Eagle Battalion” Continue to be “Be Humble, Be Honest, Showing Dignity and Respect to Everyone and Always Encourages each Cadet to be their best!”

The Eagle Battalion conducted it’s 16th Annual Awards Day Ceremony on Friday, 21 April 2023.

The program’s Mistress of Ceremony was C/CPT Alyssa Howell and began with opening remarks from our principal, Dr. Thomas Jones. Recognition of special guests and parents was recognized by C/MAJ Kirsten Banks. Special guests included Mayor Tommy Battle and a host of other extinguished guests.

C/CSM Aidon White led the Cadet Creed. The Battalion awarded over 100 cadets with hard earned medals, ribbons, awards and certificates for the 2022-23 school year.

Closing remarks and a special thanks to the JROTC’s Booster Club members was given by Command Sergeant Major Bartee.

The program was a huge success!
