Washington University’s ROTC Senior program The Gateway Battalion of 3rd Brigade promotes an annual Team Building event for the Army JROTC in the Metro St. Louis area. 

The event promotes team building between several Army JROTC programs from St. Louis and East St. Louis area.

Each lane ~ 8 to 10 minutes

  1. Grenade throw  relay.
  2. Tactical Combat Casualty Care
  3. Sprint Drag Carry
  4. Kettle Bell Squat
  5. Standing Power Throw & Hand Release Pushups
  6. Flex Arm Hold
