Cadet Keziah Christie Ancheta from Waipahu Army JROTC becomes international Phi Theta Kappa President

WAIPAHU, HI — A huge congratulations to the very first high school dual enrolled student to become the International PTK President, Cadet Keziah Christie Ancheta! Not only is she the Phi Theta Kappa International president, but she is also the Waipahu JROTC Marauder Battalion S-6. The Marauder Battalion is so proud of her accomplishments and look forward to seeing what the future has in store for her.
