After a long, exciting competition at the DC National Guard Armory for the Drill team, Alexandria City High School Army JROTC was able to take the Overall Unarmed award home, qualifying them to compete at the National Competition at Fort Liberty, North Carolina! Even more, the Alexandria City High School (ACHS) Raider team was able to win the Overall Best Mix Team and Overall Best Male Team, allowing them to compete at the National Competition in Richmond, Virginia!

After a long season for both teams, they are still working hard to become the best they can be as they head out for their competitions! Although some schools are not able to send both teams to their competitions, Alexandria City High School was able to send both teams! Continuously practicing and showing out has been important to both teams. Alexandria City High School is well known in the JROTC community and 4th brigade. Therefore, they are continuously living up to a big name that was set in place many many years ago. After working hard and appearing in the national competitions, even after the hard block of COVID-19, they still are continuing to make a comeback!

After being able to foster leadership, teamwork, and discipline our Cadets are able to take these well-learned skills and apply them to their competitions. Dedicated to their work, each team is motivated to become better than every last performance! Our Titian Battalion is exceptionally outstanding; our teams plan to be stars on and off the competition floors! NATIONALS, HERE WE COME!
