The 16th annual Air and Space Forces Association (AFA) Cyber Patriot was held in Rockville, MD from 16-18 MAR. Two JROTC teams from each branch of service were represented and competed in two days of a very complex and challenging cyber defense competition. This was the culmination of almost a year-long competition schedule in which these teams competed amongst 5,000+ other teams and earned their spot in the championship. The Army JROTC teams represented were Lowell High School from San Francisco, CA, and Roosevelt High School from San Antonio, TX. Both teams represented Army JROTC well with Roosevelt High School placing third overall in the competition.
