SGM (R) Ruby Murray, an instructor from South View High School, received her second Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony during the Community Awards Luncheon by Cumberland Human Relations for her dedication to promoting positive human relations in the community.
I am extremely grateful to continue to lead the way for my Cadets, 4th BDE, my school, and my community as a whole.
