The Dawson County High School JROTC Color Guard from Dawsonville GA. (The hometown of NASCAR Cup Series Champions Bill and Chase Elliott), was selected to perform Color Guard duties for the Feb. 24 – 25 race weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton Ga. The Color Guard presented the Colors at both the Craftsman Truck Series and Xfinity Series races on Saturday. The Color Guard then returned to AMS on Sunday to present the Colors during the opening ceremonies for the NASCAR Cup Series race.
