Phoenix Union High School District Army JROTC Instructor Honored for 25 Years of Service

SFC (R) Joe Hernandez, Phoenix Union High School District JROTC MPS, was recently honored for 25 years of service in the Phoenix Union High School District JROTC program. SFC (R) Joe Hernandez was the Army JROTC Instructor at Central High School from 1998 to 2006 and the Phoenix Union High School District JROTC Military Property Specialist from 2007 until the present.
