Bedford Army JROTC commended in joint proclamation issued by County Board of Supervisors and Town Council

The Bedford County Board of Supervisors and the Bedford Town Council issued a joint proclamation declaring Army JROTC week in Bedford and commending the program for its service to the community. The certificate was presented at a flag-raising ceremony at the National Elks Home Cemetery. Members of the Board of Supervisors, Town Council, American Legion, and Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks were in attendance.
