Cadets had the opportunity to experience taking the ACFT: Army Fitness Test right before spring break! The ACFT usually consists of the sprint drag and carry, overhead ball toss, the plank, hand release pushups and a two mile run. All company’s had a blast. And a huge thanks to the Army Reserves for coming down to conduct this workout with us!
