Thanks to the efforts of all cadets of the Buff n Blu Battalion, we successfully retained our Honor Unit of Distinction status for the 30th consecutive year! There was a great deal of pressure making sure everything was up to speed for our first in-person assessment since the pandemic. All of the cadets contributed to a highly successful in- ranks and color guard inspection. Cadet portfolio interviews were nearly flawless, and our CIP and SLP briefings earned “A” marks as well. Our proud program, the oldest JROTC program in the State of Hawaii, dates back to 1918. We have now retained Honor Unit or Honor Unit With Distinction since 1952! Great job cadets!
