FRANKLIN, TN — The 39th Annual Change of Command Ceremony recently took place at Franklin High School. During this event, C/LTC Caleb Fowler relinquished his position to C/LTC Caedmon Holland, representing a transition of leadership from one outstanding cadet leader to another. As we celebrate the accomplishments of the outgoing commander, we also extend a warm welcome to the incoming commander who is poised to take our JROTC program to even greater heights.
We would like to express our gratitude to C/LTC Caleb Fowler for his unwavering service, dedication, and hard work in leading our program with distinction. Through his leadership, our cadets have become responsible, confident, and disciplined young leaders. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
To C/LTC Caedmon Holland, we offer a heartfelt welcome as he embarks on this new journey with enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment. We are confident that he will lead our program with integrity, excellence, and a deep sense of responsibility towards our cadets.
As we witness this change of command, let us reflect on the core values of our JROTC program: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Let us continue to uphold these values as we work together towards achieving our goals and making a positive impact in our community.
In conclusion, we extend our warmest welcome and thanks to all those present on this special occasion. We look forward to a bright and successful future for our JROTC program under the leadership of C/LTC Caedmon Holland.
