The U.S. Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Scholarship offers full tuition and mandatory fees OR room and board at participating colleges. In addition, cadets receive:

  • $420/month tax-free subsistence allowance (up to 10 months/year)
  • $1,200/year for textbooks, equipment, and classroom supplies

GPA 2.5 cumulative high school GPA
Age 17–26 years old
