Eleven Army JROTC cadets from the James Monroe High School perform unarmed exhibition drill for the 2022 Santa Monica Veterans Day Celebration on 11-11-2022 at the World-Famous Santa Monica Pier, the furthest Western end of U.S. Highway 66.
The Honorable Sonki Hong, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army planned and coordinated the event. The keynote speaker was Congressman Ted Lieu from California. The Mayor of Santa Monica, Sue Himmelrich, kicked off the event with amazing words of thanks and gratitude for our American Veterans and supporters that attended the event.
