On Aug. 11, Indianapolis Public Schools JROTC Military Property Specialist and retired Maj. Lilibeth Goldshine was recognized as the 12th recipient of the Sheila Corcoran Hoosier Women Hero Award from Rep. Andre Carson’s office.
