💡 FY25 Activation Instructions

These instructions cover setup for Windows, Office, and Curriculum Manager on FY17 lifecycle computers. Important: Do not connect to any networks until setup is fully complete.

  • Built-in CAC Reader
  • Valid DoD CAC (cac.mil)
  • Remain offline until activation is finalized

📊 JCIMS: JROTC Command Information Management System

JCIMS is used for managing instructor applications, certifications, and personnel records. It is accessible only via Microsoft Edge.

📋 JUMS: JROTC Unit Management System

JUMS is the official system of record for Army JROTC DAIs, DOPs, and Instructors. It tracks Cadet enrollment, awards, promotions, positions, and Cadet Challenge scores. It also documents participation in co-curricular events and manages uniform and instructional material inventory.

Instructors use JUMS to submit annual program reports and maintain compliance with Cadet Command requirements.
