On May 10, 2025, the Stallion Battalion held its 4th Annual Military Dining-In, a tradition that brings together cadets, JROTC leadership, and community members for a formal yet festive evening. The event began with an award ceremony, recognizing the Marksmanship Team with medals, followed by the “Fallen Comrade Ceremony,” honoring fallen service members and their sacrifices. The traditional Punch Bowl Ceremony, led by the Stallion Battalion Company Commanders, mixed symbolic ingredients with humor and meaning. Dinner was served, featuring dishes from local catering JC Cafe.

The “Points of Orders” began, fostering laughter and camaraderie through karaoke, dances, and surprise challenges. The energy remained alive with raffles, gift certificates, and gift cards from JC Cafe. A montage of the battalion’s highlights from this school year and an emotional senior interview video were prepared by C/CPT Sofia Del Rosario and C/SFC Juris Cabarles. The Drill Advisor, Dr. Conrado Kiyoshi, prepared a surprise and heartfelt senior send-off video, ending the night in tears.

Company skits brought laughter and a clean-up marked the end of the night. Some cadets shared their favorite memories from the dining-in, including sharing it with the leadership Corps, practicing or celebrating the annual event, and enjoying the videos played during the event. The videos provided insight into the seniors’ thoughts, hopes, experiences, and thoughts about the program and the people they met.

The Stallion Battalion held a Military Dining-In to celebrate the graduation of its seniors. The event was primarily about drill, but the main message was letting go, especially for those who have been in an organization for a long time. The event was meaningful as seniors near graduation, reflecting on their friendships and the mark they will leave behind in the battalion. C/CPT Geremy Santos said that the memories and camaraderie created during the program will be missed most. The Stallion Battalion thanked everyone who made the event possible, including Mr. Lenteja and family for decorating the venue, JC Cafe for catering, and raffle donors. The event was a celebration of the battalion’s progress and unity, and a call for continued legacy and growth.
