MEDFORD, NJ – The Legion of Valor is made up of veterans who have received the Medal of Honor or their respective service’s highest award for gallantry – Navy Cross, Army Distinguished Service Cross or Air Force Cross. The award is open to all high school JROTC and college ROTC Cadets. The criteria for this award make it exceptionally difficult to earn as only the most dedicated Cadets are chosen.  Joelle was one of only 25 Army JROTC Cadets to earn this prestigious recognition.
