On January 30, 2025, 10 cadets from Fort Hamilton were selected to participate at an event at the Fort Hamilton Army Base. They received a gift from the sponsor, Jackie Nicole Tamacas: boxes of STEAM-related activities ranging from Physics all the way to Engineering. To mourn the late death of her husband, Richie Tamacas, these boxes were given out to help teach the future of our generation by teaching them how to work together while managing their resources and time. They give cadets an early insight on career paths. At the end of the event, the cadets were happy with their new obtained knowledge and have chosen to learn from it themselves or donate it to other Middle Schools to help enhance their learning.
