LTC (Ret) Robert Barrow, Director of Army Instruction (DAI) for Mobile County Public Schools, shares the following recognition:

“Congratulations to First Sergeant (Ret) Kennon Weaver, Army JROTC Instructor at Baker High School here in Mobile County Public School District.  He was named “Teacher of the Year” yesterday in a small ceremony on campus.  First Sergeant Weaver has been with the district for nearly 5 years…he is a ball of energy and the go-to guy for nearly everything that happens on the campus of Baker High School.  His colleagues love his enthusiasm, and his cadet “teammates” are in awe of his professionalism and infectious smile!  We are blessed to have him in our district, and I am extremely fortunate to have him on our team here in Mobile County!  Hoooaaaahhhhh!”
