1st Sgt. (Ret.) James Chambers, Army Instructor (AI) at Stanhope Elmore High School JROTC, was officially recognized as Stanhope Elmore’s Teacher of the Year today at the Elmore County School board meeting.

The school staff shared that, “He is a blessing to our school each and every day!”
